Participants will not be required to pay registration fees but,
for a better organization of the conference, please
fill in the Registration Form below by August 31, 2009.
Information concerning registered participants
will be entered into the ESF database.
We provide registered participants with
4 daily lunches (Catering Service of the University),
coffee-breaks, a CD with the papers of the conference and
a free bus service connecting Salerno and the
University of Salerno.
The buses leave one time a day from Salerno (in due time
for the beginning of the activities) and one time a day from Fisciano (at
the end of the activities),

Reservations are needed to use this service (please see the
Registration Form).

The conference dinner will be held on September 17 (9:00 p.m.) at
Grand Hotel Salerno.
The price is € 30 (per person). If you would like to attend
this event, please fill in the corresponding
item in the Registration Form below.
If you are not hosted by Grand Hotel Salerno,
the payment has to be done by cash at the Registration Desk
of the conference within September 15 (the meeting organization does not
cover social dinner costs).
If you have dietary restrictions, please
contact WORDS 2009 Organizing Committee by e-mail
with subject "WORDS 2009 social dinner: dietary restrictions".
